At Adenix Adversting & Crazed Media, we specialize in digital advertising services delivered through our owned and operated social media accounts, including but not limited to X/Twitter and Instagram. Our services primarily consist of sponsored content, brand placements, and promotional posts designed to drive engagement and reach targeted audiences across our network of original and high quality brands that we have carefully built over 8+ years.

Service Fulfillment

All services offered through our website and social media platforms are digital and delivered virtually. There is no physical or face-to-face interaction required for our services. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will coordinate with the customer via email to gather any required materials. The promotional content is then scheduled and posted on the agreed-upon date(s) and time(s).

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard ad placements are fulfilled within 3–7 business days after content is received and approved.
• Custom campaigns or bulk placements may take longer, depending on scope.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email along with a screenshot or link to the completed post once live.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital advertising and the immediate exposure it provides:

• All sales are final.
• Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed and your post has been scheduled.
• If an error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect link or caption), we will promptly correct it by reposting at no extra charge.
